CollectorsPrints.co.uk provides a unique, friendly service in the delivery of limited edition prints, sculptures and photography in the UK and worldwide. Below we share our vision with you and explain our order process, from the initial order through to delivery.

The Initial Order Process

You can place an order through the secure server on our website, which guides you step by step through this quick and easy process. If you don't like the idea of ordering online, feel free to call our knowledgeable customer service team on freephone 0800 180 4488. They will help you place your order over the phone. Your print, photograph or sculpture will then be sourced form our collection and inspected by a member of staff. All our limited edition prints are handled in a very professional manner thus reducing the risk of damage.

Attention To Detail

All prints are first wrapped in bespoke paper and sealed inside cardboard to ensure that they do not get damaged during transit.

Packaging

We hand pack every order using bespoke packaging that has been designed by us, and produced especially for this purpose. Each print is flat packed, which makes it durable, lightweight, and gives protection. We value each and every print and make every effort to safeguard it with a strong package before sending it off to our customers.

Certificate Of Authenticity

A certificate of authenticity is usually included with the print or sculpture being sent. The certificate of authenticity states the artist, title, edition size, image size and medium. Seal Of Approval

To complete the packaging process our prints are then stamped with the CollectorsPrints seal which is not only an attractive feature but also enables you to see whether the print has been opened in any way during transit.

Delivery

For inland delivery we use delivery company DHL to collect purchased prints on a daily basis. We have found them to be the most reliable courier; they deliver quickly, efficiently and on time to all of our customers. Internationally we use Fedex, who are very experienced and have a great knowledge of international destinations.
